Job Title: Account Executive

Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives at OCR Canada through proactive outreach via phone and email to potential clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid track record of sales success and possess the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets
  • Verify order details for accuracy and manage requests
  • Identify and resolve customer dissatisfaction issues
  • Collaborate with the Shipping Department to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Generate reports and engage in marketing efforts

Interdepartmental Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong connections with various departments
  • Directly interact with customers to address complaints
  • Foster relationships with OEM representatives and the finance team

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Proficient with office equipment
  • Strong computer literacy and task prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational capabilities

Qualifications

  • Completion of a college or bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in inside sales
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
