Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at OCR Canada. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activity for our company in a specifically defined account base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective accounts through regular communication and outreach.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Process and manage orders, including order entry, purchase requests, and shipment tracking.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, including resolving issues and escalating complex scenarios to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Shipping Department and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Education: College or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of successful inside sales experience, with a proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with bilingualism in Quebec French a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with office machines and excellent computer skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
