Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inside Account Manager to join our sales team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will build strong relationships, promote our services, and drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote Citron Hygiene products and services to customers, growing and retaining portfolio revenue in line with company expectations.
  • Manage existing client relationships using the Citron sales process and defined pricing and policies.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other company-defined IT systems to effectively manage pipelines, report activity, track sales, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Head of North American Sales, Sales Manager, and Operations to manage day-to-day business relationships and ensure Citron's strong footprint in the market.
  • Analyze customer needs and interests to maximize sales volume and identify service requirements.
  • Carry out market research and maintain knowledge of the hygiene market, including competitor activity and new legislation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven business-to-business selling experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced sales skills, including listening, questioning, summarizing, providing, negotiating, closing, and handling customer concerns.
  • Strong relationship-building, account management, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad business acumen with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to use and understand sales-related IT systems and use them effectively to manage own performance, pipelines, forecast, and activity.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a matrix management environment, collaborating with sales colleagues and other departments to achieve business goals.
  • Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in commerce and/or business studies preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience.
  • Industry-relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Must be legally entitled to work at the specified location/region without requiring any sponsorship.
  • Conditional to a satisfactory background check.
