Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and address any client issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals/quotes, and sales contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and other key metrics to management.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience in the trade show and events industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional Attitude & Etiquette.
  • Experience and knowledge in related fields of Marketing and Events is preferred.
