Sales Account Manager

We are a world-class solutions provider in the Visual Branding Industry, dedicated to excellence in creating and building eye-catching display environments for events, tradeshows, corporate offices, and retail spaces.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and address any client issues or concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals/quotes, and sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and other key metrics to management.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Participate in sales meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in the trade show and events industry.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience and knowledge in related fields of Marketing and Events is preferred.
