Sales Executive – Technology Recruitment

About the Role

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a competitive spirit and a proven history in account management or sales within the technology recruitment sector. Key attributes include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Technology Staffing and Recruitment industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Account Management within Technology Staffing and Recruitment.
  • A self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results and fostering growth in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Strong networking abilities and connections within the local market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to engage with both internal teams and external clients.
  • A college diploma or bachelor's degree.

Your Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential accounts, generating new business, and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, assess opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Promoting top-tier IT companies to prospective candidates and facilitating their placement.
  • Working alongside our recruitment team to enhance search efforts, evaluate candidates, present profiles, and negotiate placements.
  • Managing ongoing accounts and guiding them through the sales process.
