Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for partnering with the restaurant leadership team to ensure seamless operations, creating a superior guest and employee experience while driving sales and profitability.

Implement cost-control measures to manage labour costs, food waste, and other operational expenses.
Conduct regular financial audits and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Engage with the local community, build relationships, and explore partnerships to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry is required.
