About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Execution Representative to join our team at Big Rock Brewery. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing departments, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring our products are well-represented in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute sales and marketing strategies through ideation, development, procurement, and execution.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives and Marketing personnel to execute sales and merchandising plans according to the Big Rock Strategic Plan.
  • Execute daily sales support initiatives, including building displays, placing point-of-sale materials, rotating product, and ensuring current signage.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and on-premises accounts to promote a positive Big Rock image.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues where possible, escalating and engaging necessary resources as needed.
  • Understand and promote proper shelf space management according to Big Rock objectives.
  • Ensure products are properly priced, rotated, and merchandised.
  • Work efficiently to complete all daily assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a related or customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal; strong presentation skills.
  • Technology competence with basic business technology (MS Office, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple demands and work in a collaborative environment with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and handle keg products.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
