Richardson Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account development and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement business development plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business development strategies.
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and client-specific challenges to provide proactive solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Development
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the Edmonton and Calgary markets.
- Represent Richardson at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required for this position.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
