Position Overview:
The Programmatic division is a critical component of our operations, leveraging analytical and quantitative methodologies to optimize campaign effectiveness and foster strong client relationships.


As a Senior Programmatic Manager, you will be expected to utilize and continuously refine cutting-edge techniques in the digital marketing landscape, drawing on your comprehensive knowledge of technology and a fervor for data-driven problem-solving. Strong listening skills are essential to comprehend client requirements and translate them into actionable campaign goals.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Master media and technology related to media buying, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers.
  • Understand client performance objectives and devise successful segmentation and optimization strategies to surpass expectations.
  • Independently implement highly analytical techniques to consistently exceed client performance metrics.
  • Establish campaign strategies encompassing targeting, bidding, platforms, and data utilization.
  • Effectively advocate for increased client data access based on compelling data insights.
  • Oversee the daily performance management of client campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities.
  • Develop at least two best practices annually to foster business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance existing technologies and define future capabilities.
  • Utilize planning, activation, and measurement tools as required by client needs.

Programmatic Planning:
  • Work closely with the Programmatic Solutions team to develop client strategies and marketing solutions.
  • Enhance revenue and market share through new client acquisition and upselling existing clients.
  • Translate client goals into actionable platform strategies.
  • Drive planning and discovery processes within the platform.
  • Implement all media logistics and processes at the client level.

Organizational Leadership:
  • Exhibit leadership through collaboration with agency counterparts.
  • Train team members on best practices in Programmatic Buying.
  • Build relationships with other professionals in the field to share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain a deep technical understanding of planning and measurement tools.
  • Develop team management skills.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing online Display, Paid Search, Social, and Mobile campaigns.
  • Expertise in optimizing Display marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet applications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including managerial roles in performance marketing.
