Position Overview:
The Programmatic division is a critical component of our organization, tasked with employing advanced analytical methodologies to optimize campaign outcomes while fostering strong client relationships.

As a Senior Programmatic Manager, you will be expected to leverage your expertise in digital marketing technologies and data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and drive client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the use of media and buying technologies, including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and third-party ad servers.
  • Understand client performance goals and develop effective segmentation and optimization strategies to surpass expectations.
  • Utilize data-driven techniques to consistently exceed client performance benchmarks, thereby increasing programmatic budget allocation.
  • Establish campaign strategies encompassing targeting, bidding, platform selection, data utilization, and client funnel optimization.
  • Present compelling data-driven arguments to clients for enhanced data access.
  • Oversee the daily performance management of client campaigns, ensuring hands-on execution.
  • Analyze campaign and user data to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities.
  • Develop a minimum of two best practices annually that contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to improve existing technologies and define future capabilities.
  • Implement planning, activation, and measurement tools as dictated by client needs.


Programmatic Planning:

  • Work closely with Programmatic Solutions teams to develop client strategies and marketing solutions.
  • Enhance revenue and market share through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
  • Translate client objectives and KPIs into actionable platform strategies.
  • Drive planning and discovery processes within the platform.
  • Implement media logistics and processes at the client level.
  • Communicate platform performance updates to clients and stakeholders as required.


Organizational Leadership:

  • Exhibit leadership by influencing agency and programmatic solutions teams.
  • Train team members on best practices in programmatic buying.
  • Build relationships with other professionals in the field to share insights and strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of planning, activation, and measurement tools.
  • Develop management skills to lead and grow your team.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing online campaigns across various platforms, including Display, Paid Search, Social, and Mobile.
  • Expertise in optimizing Display marketing campaigns using DSPs, DMPs, and ad serving technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Macros/VBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including recent managerial roles in performance or direct-response online advertising.
