Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Buyer Lead to join our team at Dentsu International. As a Programmatic Buyer Lead, you will be responsible for driving results and delivering on client KPIs through in-platform efficiencies and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute programmatic strategies to drive results and deliver on client KPIs.
  • Manage campaigns and provide direction and development to reports.
  • Evangelize data compliancy within the team and the wider group.
  • Collaborate with supply-side partners to understand Martech and data capabilities in the market.
  • Analyze data and interpret insights to make complex optimizations and enhance pace and performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and supply-side partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience with multiple major DSPs.
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering on KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to direct a team.
