Position Summary

We are seeking a Programmatic Media Specialist to develop and execute efficient programmatic strategies across various media buying platforms (DSPs). This role will contribute to delivering impactful results for our clients by leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Programmatic Activation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including communications design, data & analytics, ad operations, and audience strategy. Your responsibilities encompass strategic planning, campaign setup and optimization within DSPs, ensuring brand safety and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and recommend comprehensive programmatic campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Execute campaigns across various DSP platforms, meticulously configuring targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and budget allocations.
  • Implement best practices for brand safety and compliance, ensuring a secure and ethical advertising environment.
  • Collaborate with audience strategy teams to define precise target audiences and implement effective audience segmentation strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for site tagging implementation to optimize campaign performance and measurement accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign delivery closely, managing pacing, budget allocation, and spend optimization throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identifying key insights and areas for improvement. Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Troubleshoot any delivery, measurement, or performance issues promptly and effectively.

You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital advertising. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, industry trends, and emerging technologies allows you to contribute innovative solutions.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in programmatic media buying, campaign management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful programmatic campaigns across various DSP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles, targeting strategies, bidding models, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and the ability to interpret campaign performance data to drive optimization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
