Amazon Ads is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant to join their team in Toronto.

As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the experience of enterprise customers utilizing Amazon DSP, the demand-side platform. Your main goal will be to enhance customer expertise in programmatic advertising and help them achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with programmatic trading desk managers.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support plans for new customers.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Amazon Ads to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of team processes and best practices.

In this role, you will:

Engage with customers daily, onboarding new traders, delivering product trainings, and providing support in business strategy discussions. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to become proficient users of Amazon DSP and achieve their advertising goals.
