Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations and Planning
- Plan and coordinate VIP arrangements, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service and attention.
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all staff are informed and up-to-date on hotel operations and policies.
- Experience and Education
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
