Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 16-20 staff members to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance staff performance and productivity.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Coordinate and review work to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Human Resources
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure to meet business objectives and guest expectations.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
