**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, hiring and training staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
* Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
* Supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment
* Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge
* Provide customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
* Plan for VIP arrangements and coordinate the flow of information within the team
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
