Position Overview

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of hotel operations at BEST WESTERN PLUS. This position involves overseeing daily activities and ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the same tasks as the team members being supervised.
  • Provide assistance to clients and guests with special requirements.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff.
  • Recruit and train personnel on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and organize repair services to maintain operational continuity and enhance customer service.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 16-20 individuals.
