Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 16-20 staff members to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance staff performance and productivity.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Human Resources
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
