We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to assist with the preparation and evaluation of legal documents, as well as union and nonunion contracts and agreements.

The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR department and legal team by executing a variety of administrative and paralegal tasks.

This position necessitates a solid grasp of legal compliance and exceptional organizational abilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of legal documents, union and nonunion contracts, and agreements.
- Supporting the recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Addressing employee inquiries and offering guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Aiding in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conducting research on legal and HR-related topics as required.
- Preparing reports and presentations for HR and legal departments.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as necessary.
- Assisting with Health & Safety administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Knowledge of union relations and administration is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or as a paralegal.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
