Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare job postings and advertisements.
  • Review candidate applications, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notify applicants of the results of the selection process.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and orientation, and liaise with other departments as needed.
  • Manage and update human resource records, including personnel data and recruitment files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist with the termination process and liaise with recruiting agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management is an asset.
