Position Overview

Evertz Microsystems Limited is a prominent provider of innovative solutions in the broadcast and media technology sector. We are in search of an HR Business Partner to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee Health & Safety, Payroll, and Employee Relations, with a significant emphasis on supporting our diverse workforce. This full-time contract role requires an individual with a proactive mindset and outstanding organizational capabilities. Become a part of our vibrant team committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer HR expertise and support to both management and employees
  • Facilitate recruitment, training, and onboarding initiatives
  • Manage employee relations and conduct investigations into grievances
  • Formulate and uphold HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits management
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Coordinate company events and maintain employee documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with employment and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in manufacturing and payroll is advantageous
  • Certifications in JHSC and First Aid/CPR are preferred
