This role involves addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and efficiently managing the work database. The position allows for remote work opportunities following the completion of initial training.

Position Specifications

  • Full-time employment - $23.75/hour
  • Remote work option available post-training

Key Responsibilities

The Centralized Service Call Representative will undertake the following duties:

  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Managing work orders
  • Maintaining the CMMS database
  • Delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Professional demeanor consistently
  • Ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in call center or customer service environments.
