Job Description: Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Accurately record customer information and interactions in our database.
  • Effectively handle a high volume of inquiries, resolving product or service-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English.
