Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in our database.
- Effectively handle a high volume of inquiries, resolving product or service-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive customer experience.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
