Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our Fraud Loss Prevention department. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting customers with safeguarding their accounts from potential fraud and offering them reliable support whenever they need it.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance on TD products and services.
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries with empathy and care, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Meet performance objectives, including customer satisfaction ratings, advice quality, compliance standards, and productivity targets.
  • Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through training programs and coaching opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to de-escalate challenging situations with professionalism
  • Strong digital literacy and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude
  • Integrity in handling sensitive customer information

Work Environment:

This role is primarily remote with occasional in-person team gatherings.
