In this position, you will engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat, serving as their primary contact.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday & Sunday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST)

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers by addressing inquiries (in both French and English) and providing detailed information about our products.
- Delivering exceptional service through virtual channels, always aiming to balance efficiency with a friendly approach.
- Managing post-sale inquiries, following up on customer questions regarding orders or deliveries, and effectively resolving issues through proactive communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Maintaining open communication with the Customer Support team to ensure timely resolution of key issues.
- Collaborating with our courier and warehouse partners daily to address customer concerns and facilitate smooth order deliveries.

What we seek:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in understanding diverse customer personalities and needs.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of inquiries.
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, and analytical skills.
- A strong focus on delivering outstanding service to our customers.
- A positive attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Availability to work various shifts on a full-time or as-needed basis, with some shifts extending until 9:00 PM EST.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
