We are seeking a skilled bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Position Overview:
- Onboarding new clients and delivering comprehensive product and service training
- Assisting clients with inquiries regarding claims for damaged or lost shipments
- Tracking client interactions to ensure positive outcomes and profitability
- Creating and presenting performance analytics for key accounts
- Educating clients on the claims process and optimal practices
- Identifying potential business opportunities, aiding sales efforts, and handling administrative responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and French
- Background in customer service or sales is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or logistics is preferred
Work Environment:
- Standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
- Hybrid work arrangement; some days remote, with occasional office presence required
