We are seeking a skilled bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Position Overview:

  • Onboarding new clients and delivering comprehensive product and service training
  • Assisting clients with inquiries regarding claims for damaged or lost shipments
  • Tracking client interactions to ensure positive outcomes and profitability
  • Creating and presenting performance analytics for key accounts
  • Educating clients on the claims process and optimal practices
  • Identifying potential business opportunities, aiding sales efforts, and handling administrative responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Background in customer service or sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or logistics is preferred

Work Environment:

  • Standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
