Home Office Equipment Requirements:

Successful candidates will undergo a pre-screening process by our Technical Support team to verify they meet all necessary requirements before being invited to training.

Essential equipment includes high-speed internet and an Ethernet cable connection from the computer to the modem.

Our representatives are expected to resolve issues promptly and reliably, ensuring support for our customers and merchants when assistance is needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately completing all required documentation for each customer interaction in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Inputting data for call history and communicating with relevant third-party partners as necessary.
  • Initiating customer fulfillment processes when required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Availability to work full-time based on assigned shifts, with flexibility to accommodate rotational shifts as needed.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, are advantageous.
