Customer Support Specialists - Financial Services Sector

CB Canada is seeking Customer Support Specialists in the Financial Services Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients
  • Work closely with the Sales team to manage lead distribution
  • Maintain and update the customer and prospect database
  • Prepare various reports and fulfill special requests
Qualifications:
  • A strong enthusiasm for lead generation and connecting clients with appropriate solutions
  • A positive mindset and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to groups
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is advantageous
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage of $20.00
