Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our contact center operations, delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

In this role, you will assist incoming callers with their account inquiries and resolve issues by offering tailored advice and recommending suitable TD products and services. Your efforts will ensure that our clients receive reliable support whenever they require assistance.
