Position Overview

The Culinary Services Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This position is essential for ensuring that high standards of quality and safety are maintained in our kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Meal Preparation Planning: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit relevant reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for the team.
Qualifications

Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
