Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor at Nature's Emporium involves overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team to ensure exceptional service and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Educate staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Resource Management: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Recruitment: Hire and onboard food service personnel.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Schedule Management: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Commitment to 35 to 40 hours per week.
