Culinary Services Supervisor

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position involves overseeing staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
The role is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
- Recruit food service personnel
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Compile food order summaries for the chef
- Possess knowledge of various culinary styles
- Oversee the delivery of food items
- Create work schedules for staff
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
