Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Work Environment

The role is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
  • Recruit food service personnel
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef
  • Possess knowledge of various culinary styles
  • Oversee the delivery of food items
  • Create work schedules for staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
