Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor at Sunset Grill plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our dining services. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and culinary knowledge to maintain high standards of food service.
Qualifications- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a related field
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve efficient work schedules.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their roles, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
