- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet established quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates to manage operational expenses effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports for management review.
- Order Coordination: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
This role is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of service quality. The work schedule consists of 30 hours per week, primarily in English.
