Key Responsibilities
As a Culinary Services Supervisor, your tasks will include:

  • Developing strategies to meet work schedules
  • Overseeing and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Training team members on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Estimating and procuring necessary ingredients and supplies
  • Recruiting food service personnel
  • Ensuring adherence to food service standards and quality control
  • Preparing budgets and cost assessments
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compiling and submitting reports
  • Preparing food order summaries for the kitchen
  • Supervising the assembly of food trays
  • Overseeing the delivery of food carts
  • Establishing work schedules for staff

Supervision Responsibilities
You will supervise:

  • Food and beverage servers
  • Food service counter attendants and food preparers
  • Kitchen and food service assistants
  • Staff across various responsibilities
