Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking to fill the role of a Sales Reception Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard Management: Professionally handle all incoming calls, ensuring a courteous and efficient response. Manage a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard, providing information, relaying messages, and announcing visitors to staff.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with overflow tasks from team members, including word processing, data entry, and online research. Organize and prepare letters and various mailings as needed.
  • Filing and Documentation: Conduct basic clerical duties such as organizing invoices and other indexed documents, as well as maintaining cash receipt records.
  • Front Desk Management: Serve as the initial point of contact for the dealership, welcoming and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception desk is tidy and organized, maintaining cleanliness and order of documents and files.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
