Key Responsibilities:

Switchboard Management: Efficiently handle all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Manage a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard, providing information, relaying messages, and welcoming visitors to our team. Administrative Support: Assist with overflow tasks from team members, including word processing, data entry, and internet research. Organize and prepare correspondence and miscellaneous mailings as needed. Filing and Documentation: Perform essential clerical duties such as organizing invoices and maintaining indexed documents, along with managing cash receipt records. Front Desk Management: Act as the first point of contact for the organization, greeting and directing all visitors, including clients and vendors. Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception desk is tidy and organized, maintaining cleanliness and order of documents and files. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational abilities. Keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
