About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Safety First Security Services Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including scheduling appointments and arranging logistics.
  • Data Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, including compiling statistics and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including written and verbal correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
