About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at SP Trucklines Inc. as a Logistics Specialist. This is a permanent position that requires a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative or logistics role.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
