- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
The position is set within the construction industry, providing a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Establish and manage daily office routines.
- Oversee contract management.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Administer payroll processes.
- Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
- Assess work environments and procedures to mitigate risks of injury or illness.
- Coordinate and review various projects and programs.
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
- Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office.
