We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2762149 ONTARIO INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings.
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Payroll Administration
- Process payroll, including preparing and submitting payroll reports.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Monitor and manage office expenses.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Supervision
- Supervise and support a team of administrative staff.
- Provide guidance and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Computer and Technology
- Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
