Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Commercial Banking team, specifically in the automotive lending sector, you will collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive financial solutions aimed at enhancing growth, optimizing cash flow, improving operational efficiency, and mitigating risks. In your role as a Relationship Executive, you will oversee and expand a portfolio of mid-market automotive banking clients by actively pursuing new business opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery for daily banking requirements.

Success Factors

  1. Relationship Development: Cultivate new client connections through proactive business development initiatives, utilizing referral networks, existing clientele, and influential community contacts. Continuously assess and manage these relationships by gaining a deep understanding of clients' objectives and the current status of their enterprises.
  2. Collaborative Approach: Partner with internal teams to connect clients with valuable opportunities. Dedicate yourself to establishing a presence within the local business landscape to foster effective working relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as internal stakeholders.
  3. Client-Centric Service: Proactively evaluate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to address those needs. Engage with assigned clients as required to ensure prompt responses to inquiries, concerns, or issues, thereby delivering exemplary service.

  2. Relevant Experience: You possess a background in wholesale automotive or mid-market commercial banking, showcasing strong business development capabilities and a solid grasp of financial statements, valuation techniques, and cash flow analysis.
  3. Ownership Mindset: You excel when given the autonomy to take initiative, exceed expectations, and achieve results.
  4. Educational Background: You hold a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
