Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Commercial Banking (Wholesale Automotive Financing) division, you will collaborate with clients to devise comprehensive financial solutions that facilitate growth, optimize cash flow, enhance operational efficiency, and mitigate potential risks. In your role as a Relationship Executive, you will oversee and expand a portfolio of automotive mid-market Commercial Banking clients by actively pursuing new business opportunities and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service for their daily banking requirements.

Success Factors

  • Client Relationship Development: Cultivate new client connections through strategic business development initiatives, utilizing referral networks, existing clientele, and influential community contacts. Continuously monitor and nurture these relationships by gaining a deep understanding of clients' objectives and business status.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with internal stakeholders to connect clients with valuable opportunities. Dedicate yourself to establishing a presence within the local business community to transform that visibility into effective relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Exceptional Client Experience: Proactively evaluate client needs and propose tailored solutions to address those needs. Engage with assigned clients as required to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries or issues, delivering exemplary service. Leverage your industry and company knowledge to craft client and prospect proposals that provide financial and strategic solutions.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated Expertise: You possess experience in wholesale automotive or mid-market commercial banking, showcasing strong business development capabilities and a solid grasp of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis. You have managed the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial banking clients with credit needs typically ranging from $1MM to $5MM, along with complex cash management requirements.

  • Educational Background: You hold a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
