Position: Photo ID and Dispatch Coordinator
Status: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.75/hr.

Overview:
As a vital member of the security services team, the Photo ID and Dispatch Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to contribute positively to their community while enhancing their professional skills in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting staff, contractors, and visitors with inquiries, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Generate and distribute photo identification badges for personnel and visitors, adhering to established protocols.
  • Execute various administrative duties, including data management, documentation, and supporting the security team as required.
  • Facilitate dispatch operations by responding to requests, prioritizing tasks, and effectively allocating resources.
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of issued identification and related documentation to meet organizational policies.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dispatch capacity, ideally within a healthcare or similar setting.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear information dissemination.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and respond swiftly to urgent matters.
  • Familiarity with dispatch software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proof of double Covid Vaccination and relevant immunization records.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
  • Certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) are required; training options are available for those without prior certifications.
