Position Overview:

The role involves providing exceptional service to hospital personnel, contractors, and visitors by addressing their inquiries and requirements, thereby ensuring a satisfactory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute photo identification badges for hospital staff, contractors, and visitors, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Execute various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining precise records. Offer assistance to the security team as required.
  • Facilitate and manage dispatch operations, including responding to calls, prioritizing requests, and efficiently allocating resources.
  • Collaborate closely with the security team to maintain safety and security standards, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
  • Keep detailed records of issued badges and related documentation, ensuring adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a dispatch capacity, ideally within a healthcare or similar setting.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey information clearly and accurately.
  • Able to perform under pressure and respond swiftly to urgent situations.
  • Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proof of double Covid Vaccination.
  • Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2).
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
  • Must provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB). Candidates lacking these certifications may enroll in Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding, with the understanding that this training is unpaid but covered by Paladin with a commitment to the position for six months.

High School Diploma/GED.
