Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Associate/Mailroom Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business center, providing administrative, clerical, and facilities support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mail pickup, sort, and delivery with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate work registration and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Pull file requests and maintain central files, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Scan, distribute, and e-file documents with accuracy and speed.
  • Assemble and recreate policies, typing with precision and attention to detail.
  • Typing of cancellations, ID cards, and other documents with accuracy and speed.
  • Perform routine, non-complex data entry for policy changes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate photo inspections and central photocopy requests, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Order supplies and coordinate equipment repair requests, maintaining a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, agents, and customers to obtain necessary information.
  • Operate mailroom equipment with ease and efficiency.
  • Print and distribute Daily Output, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including time, materials, and equipment.
  • Typing and keyboard skills: Type accurately and efficiently, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Fundamental knowledge of policy writing systems: Understand and apply policy writing principles and procedures.
  • General clerical skills: Possess basic clerical skills, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
