Position: Photo ID and Dispatch Coordinator
Status: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.75/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting hospital personnel, contractors, and visitors with their inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Generate and distribute photo ID badges for hospital staff, contractors, and visitors, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Execute various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and providing support to the security team as necessary.
- Facilitate and manage dispatch operations, including responding to calls, prioritizing requests, and efficiently allocating resources.
- Collaborate closely with the security team to maintain safety and security standards, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
- Keep accurate records of issued badges and related documentation, ensuring adherence to hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dispatch role, ideally within a healthcare or similar setting.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Capacity to work under pressure and respond promptly to urgent situations.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proof of double Covid Vaccination.
- Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2).
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
- Must provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
- Applicants without these certifications may enroll in Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding to meet position requirements.
- Please note: The UoF/MOAB training is unpaid as it is a prerequisite; however, Paladin will cover all training costs with a 6-month commitment to the position.
