Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting hospital personnel, contractors, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Generate and distribute photo identification badges for hospital staff, contractors, and visitors, adhering to established protocols.
- Conduct various administrative duties, including data management, record-keeping, and supporting the security team as required.
- Facilitate and coordinate dispatch operations, responding to inquiries, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
- Collaborate with the security team to maintain safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
- Keep accurate records of issued identification badges and relevant documentation, in line with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dispatch capacity, ideally within a healthcare or similar setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly.
- Ability to perform under pressure and respond promptly to urgent situations.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination.
- Immunization records for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
- Must provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB).
- Applicants without these certifications may enroll in Paladin's training program prior to onboarding to meet position requirements.
Important Note:
The UoF/MOAB training is unpaid as it is a prerequisite; however, Paladin will cover all associated costs with a commitment to the position.
