We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at SAHI EXPRESS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure and have strong attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus and team player.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
